With designer floor coverings the fitting of the flooring is only half the job. If the sub-base is uneven then this will mirror through to the top flooring or if damp will cause a failure.
In a typical site visit we shall:

Check for damp with specialist meter probe

Assess floor for uneveness and undulations

Show how Damp Proof Membranes work if site conditions require one

Recommend best thickness ply (for wood sub-base) and best smoothing compound for concrete/tile

Discuss type of flooring and design aspects and explain differnt types adhesive
Just like every other job that we do, when the job is done everything is hoovered up and what we brought with us we take away, including your old floorcoverings*
We will show you how to maintain your floorcoverings with manufacturer maintenance products as if you look after your floor, it will look after you for years to come
